Every Nile & Nova piece is carefully prepared and packaged from our base in Rome, Italy. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. 14-Day Returns

We want you to love your jewellery. If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
