Each item is crafted with care by skilled artisans, and we personally check every order before shipping. Because our jewelry is handmade in small batches, we currently accept returns only for faulty or damaged items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nileandnova.com with:

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.
Custom or personalized pieces are also non-returnable.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and condition. We recommend using tracked shipping, as Nile & Nova cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Because we work in limited quantities, direct exchanges are not always possible. If your item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or a similar piece of equal value.
