Shipping Policy
At Nile & Nova, every order is carefully prepared and packed from our base in Rome, Italy. We currently ship across Europe and are working towards expanding our delivery options in the future.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.
This may include countries within Europe, as well as selected additional destinations shown in our checkout country selector.
If your country does not appear at checkout, this means we are not currently able to ship there.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over €80.
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown clearly before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination country, customs processes, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, additional customs duties are not usually expected.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Nile & Nova is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or unpaid customs charges.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@nileandnova.com with your order number.
We will review the tracking information and contact the courier where needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@nileandnova.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
